Chef Bela a.k.a. William Vasvary has cooked catered and provided food service for restaurants on the seacoast of New Hampshire. He has also worked at the University of New Hampshire, Dartmouth College and Harvard University. His current position is teaching culinary arts at Southern New Hampshire University as an adjunct instructor. He is an active member of the American Culinary Federation, Piscataqua Chapter in New Hampshire and recently received his credentials recognizing him as a Certified Executive Chef. His Hungarian roots go back to New Brunswick, New Jersey where he was born and raised with the help of two great Hungarian grandmothers who taught him all about Magyar food.
