Magyar BBQ Rub

8 tbls. Hungarian Sweet Paprika
4 tbls. Kosher salt
4 tbls. Brown sugar
4 tbls. Granulated sugar
4 tbls. Ground cumin
4 tbls. Chili powder
4 tbls. Black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. ground clove
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Then rub on your favorite meats to dry marinate before grilling on the open flame. This rub goes very well with pork loins and flank steak.
